Bee’s Knees

To a cocktail shaker add:

• 6 cl Beehive Honey-Gin

• 2.5 cl lemon juice

• 1.5 cl honey sirup*
  3 tsp. of honey

Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass

• Garnish with honeycomb or lemon wheel

To a pot add:

• An equal amount of water and your favourite honey

• Heat mixture till honey is fully dissolved
