1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Inn Spirits online shop.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Age Restriction (18+)

Gin and other alcoholic beverages may only be sold to customers aged 18 or older.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they meet the legal minimum age requirement.
Inn Spirits reserves the right to conduct age verification or cancel orders if the customer's age cannot be confirmed.

3. Prices, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in CHF and include applicable Swiss taxes (e.g., VAT).
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Accepted payment method: Bank transfer.
Within 24 hours after placing your order, you will receive an invoice by email. We kindly ask you to transfer the invoice amount promptly.

4. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of DEA Immobilien AG until full payment has been received.
If payment is not completed or is reversed, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and reclaim the goods.

5. Conclusion of Contract

Product presentations in the online shop serve as a non-binding catalog.
A purchase contract is only concluded once payment has been received by Inn Spirits and an official order confirmation is sent to the customer by email on behalf of DEA Immobilien AG.
The automatically generated confirmation only confirms receipt of the order.

7. No General Right of Return or Refund

There is no general right of return or refund for purchased products.
If products arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete, customers must contact us within 7 days.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and if justified, solutions such as replacement, refund, or credit may be offered.

8. Product Representation and Intellectual Property

All drawings, illustrations, graphics, design elements, and photos on the website are the intellectual property of Inn Spirits and therefore of DEA Immobilien AG.
Use, reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the delivered products.
The alcohol content may vary slightly between batches.

9. Liability

Liability is limited to direct damages resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct, to the extent permitted under Swiss law.
Inn Spirits is not liable for damages caused by improper storage or handling of the products by the customer, delays caused by third parties such as postal services, or force majeure such as strikes or natural events.

Customer data is collected and processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law.
Data is used exclusively for order processing, customer communication, and logistics.
If necessary, data may be shared with payment providers or shipping partners.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Inn Spirits reserves the right to update these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version published on the website at the time of the order shall be binding.
