All orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after receiving the full payment, within Switzerland.

Shipping costs depend on the order size and delivery address and are communicated before dispatch. Special requests or international shipments (on request only) may incur additional fees.

Once the package is handed over to the carrier Swiss Post, responsibility for transport and delivery passes to the customer. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at innspirits@riverinn.ch so we can assist you.
